AI Agent Workspace Guide

Quick start
Cross-Border AI Vision is an AI Agent workspace for cross-border ecommerce sellers. Use one conversation for product research, listing optimization, keyword cleanup, competitor analysis, review mining, and operations review.
Basic flow:
- Sign up with email.
- Open the verification link in your mailbox.
- Sign in and enter the Agent workspace.
- Describe your product, context, or target question.
- Wait for the Agent response, then continue from history when needed.
Signup and email verification
Email accounts must be verified before normal login and workspace usage. This helps reduce invalid mailboxes and bulk abuse, and keeps account emails such as password reset available.
If you do not receive the verification email, check your spam folder first or resend it from the verification page later.
How credits work
New users receive a small trial credit balance for testing Agent conversations. Normal Agent messages consume credits per request, and the page shows the estimated cost before sending.
Online payment is not available yet. We will announce when credit purchases become available.
How to write a better task
Clear context usually leads to better answers. Include:
- What product you are selling or analyzing.
- The target marketplace, country, or channel.
- The output you want, such as a research outline, Listing copy, keyword groups, or action plan.
- Core source material when useful, while avoiding unnecessary sensitive data.
Example:
I am preparing a kitchen storage product for the US marketplace. Please analyze target users, key selling points, competitor differences, and Listing optimization directions.
Long-running tasks
Market research, Listing generation, review analysis, and similar tasks can take longer to complete. Keep the page open while the task is running. If the result is long, continue in the same conversation and ask the Agent to expand, summarize, or rewrite the output.
History and follow-up questions
The workspace keeps your recent conversations. You can reopen a conversation, continue from the previous result, and ask the Agent to refine the structure, add missing dimensions, or create another version.

For login, credit, task failure, or answer-quality issues, contact us through the in-app support ticket or support@amzhelper.com. Please describe the task type, approximate time, and visible issue. Do not send passwords or other sensitive information.
